Distillery Information

Ransom Spirits in Oregon collaborated with spirits author, David Wondrich, to produce this classic gin that was popular during pre-Prohibition times. Made from a grain bill of corn and barley (of which 85% is malted and 15% is unmalted), it's distilled through an alambic copper pot still.
This old-timey mother's ruin, known for its sweet side, dates to the beginning of the 1800s, when gin drinking and making was rampant in England. The gin style all but disappeared at the beginning of the 20th century, partly due to spotlight-hogging London dry gin.
The Mayflower ship forms Plymouth Gin's trademark label today. Black Friars is indisputably the oldest working gin distillery with records of a 'mault-house' on the premises going back to 1697.
Hand-crafted at its home on Distillery Road in Stellenbosch, this distinctive African gin offers a contemporary, wild-at-heart taste created with the beloved London dry method.
Hayman's Old Tom is a modern-day recreation of an original family recipe dating from the 1860s. It is made with the same ten botanicals that feature in other Hayman gins but with more botanical intensity and the addition of sugar.
Gin initially comes from a grain base, usually wheat or barley, before producers add botanicals and water. Spirits must have a predominant flavor of juniper berries to be categorized as a gin. In addition to the grain and juniper berries, producers add botanicals, herbs, and spices to give it a distinctive flavor.
