Tequila Mandala made from 100% Blue Weber Agave in Arenal, Jalisco. All our aged varieties are aged in French oak barrels.
Humberto Ibarra grew up with a great appreciation for the tradition behind Mexico's favorite spirit. Now, along with Arturo Lomeli Ibarra and Jose Joel Garcia Barreto, he's bringing a unique, premium sipping experience to the US.
This tequila is one of North America's first indigenous distilled spirits. The first mass-production tequila distillery was headed by the Marquis of Altamira, Don Pedro Sánchez de Tagle, and was located in what is now modern-day Jalisco.

Of the nearly 140 tequila distilleries in Mexico, hers is the only one that's led and operated solely by women. Melly Barajas walks through a field of blue agave plants in the Los Altos region of Jalisco, Mexico.Along with my brother Kirk Cartozian and Heidi Wilde, we joined forces with Humberto Ibarra, Arturo Lomeli and Joel Garcia Barreto. Tequila Mandala was on the map, but a small fish in a big pond of players in the agave space.Añejo tequilas are excellent for sipping as well as mixing into cocktails due to their unique characteristics developed during the aging process. Añejo tequilas are aged in oak barrels for a minimum of one year, resulting in a smooth and complex flavor profile.
With some 150 tequila distilleries producing almost ten times as many different brands of tequila there is an incredibly diverse range of tequilas now available.
