Seven years later in 2017, O'Neill and Resnick's gourmet candy company Sugarfina made $40 million in revenue. Now, it shows no signs of stopping its reign as the luxury sweets brand that adults love eating and gifting.
Nothing like that existed in the United States, so we had the crazy idea to create it ourselves,” O'Neill remembers. The couple traveled the world taste-testing thousands of candies to discover the best candies for Sugarfina, the Los Angeles-based boutique candy company they founded in 2012.
