The company, Destiladora Del Valle de Tequila, a family business, was founded by Michael and Celia Maestri in 2000. Michael and Cecilia come from families with deep roots in Mexico's Tequila industry.Tequila is a distilled spirit made from the Weber blue agave plant that grows in Mexico. The blue agave plant has huge spikes that come up from a central core that is called the pina. Casa Noble is distributed in the United States by Constellation Brands Inc. The tequila is made from estate-grown agaves cooked in traditional stone ovens; these are naturally fermented and distilled three times. Casa Noble Reposado and Añejo are aged in White French Oak.
